Druid Conductor AI Agent Import/Export
We are introducing a streamlined migration path for AI Agents. This feature extends the existing solution import/export capability — which focused on solution-level configurations — to cover AI Agents as a portable, self-contained artifact.
Authors can now export a fully configured AI Agent from one tenant and import it into another, eliminating the need for manual recreation. When importing a solution (such as ‘Appointment Management’), the entire AI Agent structure is automatically generated within the destination Druid Conductor.
This eliminates the manual effort of rebuilding and reconfiguring AI Agents across tenants, significantly streamlining cross-tenant deployment workflows.
AI Authoring Agents – More Integrations
AI Authoring Agents now extend their orchestration capabilities to third-party systems, automatically generating the required connectivity to enterprise platforms such as Workday or Salesforce as part of the agentic skill creation pipeline, with no additional configuration steps required.
What's new compared to version 9.23: Agentic skill orchestration was previously scoped to Druid Data Services. Third-party system connectivity — now including enterprise platforms such as Workday or Salesforce — is fully handled by the AI Authoring Agents, leveraging the existing Druid connector framework under the hood, but making it entirely invisible to the author.
Workspaces improvements
This release introduces a native library of new chart types and visualization enhancements that eliminate the need for manual coding.
Authors can now instantly transform raw record sets into dynamic, interactive visualizations directly within Druid Workspaces. We have removed the technical friction between having data and presenting it—making it faster and easier to deliver rich, insightful workspace experiences out of the box.
Source Control – Solution Management
This release enhances Solution Management with improved governance and team productivity. Authors can publish solutions to a shared library, making them reusable across the organization, with usage tracking for visibility.
Platform and Managed solutions are enforced as read-only in destination tenants to prevent unintended changes. The new Push / Force Import capability enables updates across multiple tenants at once, simplifying large-scale deployments.
Support for AI Agent variables, flow variables, and version control ensures consistent and auditable solution management throughout the lifecycle.
AI Testing Agent
Building an AI Agent is easy; proving it is accurate is where most teams struggle. Until now, validation meant manual spot-checks, user complaints, or slow, one-off reviews that couldn't scale. AI Testing Agent changes that by turning knowledge validation into a continuous, automated process.
Powered by AI, it automatically generates test cases directly from your knowledge sources and executes them at scale. This allows you to compare performance across different LLMs and prompts — identifying exactly where your AI Agent excels or fails before it ever touches a live user.
Purpose-built for every stage of the AI Agent lifecycle — from proving accuracy to clients during acceptance, to experimenting with model and prompt combinations, to enforcing governance in production. No manual reviews. No disruptive testing cycles. No blind spots. Just continuous knowledge testing helps you ship with confidence, refine without risk, and deliver an AI Agent that truly knows what it's talking about.
